Oversight and leadership at Redeemer is given by a plurality of men who serve in the community as elders. Redeemer Fellowship currenly has four elders who mutually submit to one another under Jesus as our Senior Pastor. We use the term elder/pastor inchangeably here, and we like to say that though we are different in giftedness, we are equal in authority, as each pastor brings his own unique contribution.

Our staff is made up of two vocational pastors, two bi-vocational pastors, a staff administrator and a church planting intern.

We also have a variety of deacons to meet the various needs in the body and to assist the elders to be freed up for the work of preaching, teaching and discipleship. Our deacons are indispensable and we are so very grateful for their dedication to Jesus and for all of their hard work that often goes above and beyond.

Follow this link to listen to a sermon from Acts 6:1-7 explaining how our church is structured and how our plurality of elders and deacons function.
