At any given moment, does your mind drift toward what is positive or what is negative? Why do you think that is?

Estimate how much time you spend on social media and watching the news versus how much time you spend outside, in a book, praying, or reading the Scriptures. How might the difference be affecting you?

What was most challenging and/or encouraging about Sunday’s sermon and these two verses?

Read Romans 12:1-2. In what ways might we experience “transformation by the renewal of our minds”? How might we “discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect”?
